Policies:
Hostplus.org Communication provides a general policy to act as a neutral provider, Hostplus.org. Communication reserves the right to terminate customer's account when the account is used inappropriately.
Client may not do the following rules:
1. Denial Of Service Attack, Hack, and any other scanning tools that cause harm to others.
2. Child pornography.
3. Email spam or bombing.
4. Fraud activity/Credit card trading.
5. Harassment.
6. Making copy of unauthorized software.
7. Distribution of viruses.
Any compromised server in our network will be disconnected immediately and a notification will be sent to the customer. If customer does not respond within 24 hours, its server will be taken offline from our network.
Customer can not use any IP address that is not assigned by Hostplus.org. Violation will caused a server disconnected from the network until appropriate action is taken.
IRC:
We do not currently allow IRC on our network.
Billing:
All payment to Hostplus.org. are non-refundable. Customer will be billed 1-5 days before the due date. If customer fail to pay on the due date, its service will be disconnected. There will be a charge of $50.00 to reconnect the service.
Indemnifation:
Customer will indemnify and save harmless Hostplus.org and its members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from and against all damages, losses, costs and expenses (including actual legal fees and costs), fines and liabilities incurred by or awarded, asserted or claimed against Hostplus.org or any of its members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and representatives in connection with Reseller's negligence, activities or omissions, or breaches of its obligations under this agreement, including claims brought by a person using or relying upon any advice given or publication produced and distributed by Reseller.
